Adult only lessons are conducted separately from the children lessons with 4 progressive levels. Lessons are held in the leisure pool with the more advanced levels conducted in the 50 metre pool. Please see below for details of each level.
Adult swimming lessons across our Auckland centres all have qualified instructors taking lessons in dedicated and heated! Some want to refine their skills or learn a new technique, while others are keen to build their overall fitness or develop techniques for racing and competitions. These smaller groups are perfect for adults new to swimming.
