Breaded veal topped with strips of sauteed roasted red pepper and onions sprinkled with parmesan. Italian breaded veal covered with mushrooms and onions sauteed in lemon and garlic baked with mozzarella on a bed of pasta in calabrese sauce. Strips of chicken breast sauteed with fresh bell peppers, sliced onion, mushrooms and diced tomatoes in an olive oil and basil sauce.
Will make these again. Sliced 2 boneless chicken breasts and salted and peppered before dredging in flour. Using them to add to my salads for lunch. We loved these even though I forgot the cheese.
